FishEye Kombucha started operations in 2017, although the legend began brewing many moons before then. We brew in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska. We call Omaha home. FishEye is Nebraska’s first local kombucha brewing company. We focus on small batch craft kombucha that brings a fresh perspective on tried and true ancient wisdom to create a high quality delicious and beneficial beverage that we love enough to share.

It’s not only about kombucha, it’s about community.

KOMBUCHA

FishEye Kombucha is our local twist on the flavorful, fermented, sweet tea elixir, passed down through generations and enjoyed by many around the world. Our kombucha is brewed locally with care in small batches using only the finest tea blends from Omaha’s The Tea Smith to create a unique and delicious beverage that you’ll love. We keep it simple: Water, tea, and the lowest amount of organic sugar possible. Then we add the FishEye Kombucha Culture – passing along the ancient tradition to our modern day Omaha community.
